Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website bangrouplimited.site and any engagement with Ban Group Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Ban Group Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 2 Merus Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, Leicestershire, England, LE19 1RJ, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 794 086 136.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Regulatory position
We provide installation, cabling, testing, fault finding and documentation services. We do not hold ourselves out as providing a public electronic communications network or a public electronic communications service. We are not a communications provider notified to Ofcom under the Communications Act 2003, we hold no allocation of telephone numbers, and we do not provide telephony, voice services, access to emergency services, number portability or any other service subject to the General Conditions of Entitlement to members of the public. We hold no wireless telegraphy licence and do not install or operate apparatus requiring one. Where a project requires a licensed or notified provider, the client is responsible for engaging one and we will say so before taking the work on.
3b. Works, scope and responsibility
Scope, specification, programme and price are agreed in writing before work begins, and variations requested afterwards are quoted separately. Estimates are given in good faith on the information available at the time, including survey information and records supplied to us, and are not fixed prices unless expressly stated to be; unforeseen building conditions, undocumented existing installations and third-party access requirements may change both programme and price. We do not warrant that any network, link or system will be uninterrupted or error free, and support, monitoring and maintenance are provided only where separately agreed; no service level or availability figure applies unless set out in a separate written agreement.
The client is responsible for providing access, for permissions from landlords, building owners and occupiers, for the accuracy of drawings and records it supplies, and for its own data and backups. Work on or near electrical installations, at height or in confined spaces is carried out to the applicable health and safety requirements, and statutory duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 fall on the parties the Regulations place them on; nothing in these terms transfers a duty the law puts on someone else. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, that is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
